Now, they say it’s the latest one, came out this year, and it’s got all them updates an’ fancy things that gamers love. But you know, these days, when they keep makin’ new games, they also start shuttin’ down the old ones real quick-like. Just like how the WWE 2K23 servers are gettin’ closed down. Them folks said they gonna stop the online stuff by January 6, 2025. So, if you’re playin’ WWE 2K23, you ain’t gonna be able to play it online after that. Sad, right?
But we talkin’ ’bout WWE 2K24 here. Now, let me tell ya, this one got some fancy graphics and new patches, which means they fix bugs or add some new things. But ya gotta keep yer eyes open ’cause they keep changin’ it. One day, ya log in, and bam, there’s a new patch, and ya gotta download it before you can play. Some folks love this, some folks hate it. Depends on how ya see it.

Last I heard, on October 12, 2024, there were some issues, but it got fixed up quick-like. Now, if ya have a PlayStation, sometimes the network goes down too, and you can’t play for a bit. But it usually don’t last long. They got them tech fellas workin’ day and night to fix it.
Now, lemme talk a bit ’bout the game itself. In WWE 2K24, you can play with all them famous wrestlers like Roman Reigns and John Cena, an’ they look real good, like almost lifelike, I tell ya. They also got this thing called MyRise, where you can make yer own wrestler and bring ’em up from the bottom to the top. Sounds like a hard road, but I guess it’s fun for them young folks who like these things.
But there’s somethin’ else ya need to know, and that’s about the multiplayer. Now, if you’re like me and don’t really understand all this online stuff, lemme tell ya plain: WWE 2K24 has online modes where ya can wrestle other folks from all over. But ya gotta have a good internet, or else it’s like tryin’ to wrestle in quicksand – slow and frustratin’. An’ when them servers go down, well, you might as well go make some tea, ’cause ya ain’t playin’ till it’s back up.
One last thing, if yer wonderin’ where to get WWE 2K24, they still sellin’ it, but ya better hurry ’cause the ol’ WWE 2K23 game is already gettin’ taken off the shelf by November 1, 2024. That’s what I heard from some folks. So, if ya want the newest wrestlin’ game, you better jump on it quick!
