Well now, y’all, I reckon we’re in for a real treat come Week 16 of the NFL season in 2023. We got games comin’ up that’ll make ya wanna sit down with a big ol’ bowl of popcorn and catch all the action. The season’s been a wild ride, and Christmas is just around the corner, so you know things are gonna get even more excitin’. Let me tell you who’s gonna be callin’ the games, so you don’t miss a beat.
Now, for all you folks who ain’t got the fancy cable or the satellite, don’t you worry none. The NFL has got you covered, with plenty of ways to watch the games, no matter where you are. You got your big ol’ networks like CBS, FOX, NBC, and even ESPN, and they got announcers lined up to make sure you know exactly what’s goin’ on during each play. Some games, you can even catch ‘em on Amazon, so make sure you got your settings right if you’re watchin’ from your computer or TV box.
Let’s start with the Thursday night game, Dec. 21st. The New Orleans Saints are headin’ over to Los Angeles to take on the Rams. You can watch this one live on Amazon Prime, and they’ll have their own announcers workin’ their magic. Ain’t no need to leave your house or head to a bar, you can watch it right from your couch. It’s gonna be a good one, trust me.
Now, on to the Saturday games. Y’all know the Buffalo Bills always get a good crowd riled up, and on Dec. 24th, they’ll be playin’ on Peacock TV. So, if you’re sittin’ at home tryin’ to catch the action, make sure you got that Peacock app ready. Ain’t nothin’ worse than missin’ a game ‘cause you didn’t have the right channel, right?
And don’t forget, we got games on Sunday too, and boy, do they look good. We got games all across the board, with some big ol’ teams squarin’ off. CBS and FOX are gonna be showin’ a bunch of games in the early window, and then one more late game to finish things off. You can catch ‘em on your regular channels, but you better be quick to grab your spot on the couch. Folks love watchin’ these games, so you don’t wanna miss out!
Now, some of you might be wonderin’ who’s gonna be doin’ all the announcin’ for these games. Well, let me tell you, these folks are good at what they do. They know their stuff, and they make it real easy to follow along. On CBS, you’ll hear folks like Jim Nantz and Tony Romo callin’ the plays. On FOX, you got Joe Buck and Troy Aikman, always keepin’ ya entertained. Over on NBC, they got Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth, and boy, they’ve been around a long time, knowin’ all the ins and outs of the game. And don’t forget ESPN, with folks like Mike Greenberg and Joe Tessitore bringin’ the action to your TV.
If you’re askin’ me, though, there’s somethin’ special ‘bout the way these announcers paint the picture of the game. They’ve been doin’ it for so long, they just know how to bring the game to life. So even if you ain’t a football expert, you’ll understand what’s goin’ on just fine.
So, make sure you check the schedule and know when your favorite teams are playin’. Week 16’s got some big matchups, and you don’t wanna miss out on all the excitement. Whether you’re watchin’ from home or listenin’ on the radio, the announcers will make sure you don’t miss a thing.
And remember, Christmas is right around the corner, so get your snacks ready, sit back, and enjoy some good ol’ fashioned NFL football. It’s gonna be a good one, that’s for sure!
