Alright, so I’ve been digging into the NFL touchdown scorers for today, and let me tell you, it’s been a bit of a rabbit hole. I wanted to see who’s been lighting up the scoreboard, you know, just for fun and to maybe get some insights for my fantasy football league. Don’t judge me!
First off, I started by just browsing through some of the popular sports websites. It’s crazy how much info is out there. But it wasn’t as straightforward as I hoped. They’ve got lists, but not always for today’s games specifically. I had to kind of piece things together.
Then I got a bit smarter. I started using some of the tools they offer on these sites. Stuff like “Touchdown Finder” and “Game Play Finder”. These are pretty cool, although it took me a minute to figure out how to use them properly. They let you filter by date, player, team, and all sorts of things. Very useful once you get the hang of it.
So, I filtered the results to show only today’s games. This was the tricky part. Some of the games already happened, but some haven’t started yet. It’s a work in progress, to say the least. I made a list of all the players who scored a touchdown today. It’s not a very long list yet, since most of the games are still in progress, but it’s something.

- I saw a couple of names pop up more than once. Those guys are having a good day!
- There are also some unexpected names on the list. That’s what makes it fun, right? You never know who’s gonna have a breakout game.
I also wanted to see who the all-time leaders are in touchdown passes. Just out of curiosity. It’s insane how many touchdowns some of these guys have thrown. We’re talking hundreds! It really puts things into perspective.
I stumbled upon a list of the top career leaders in touchdown passes. Tom Brady, Drew Brees, and all those legends are up there, of course. But there are also some active players climbing up the ranks. It’s cool to see history in the making. I was a bit surprised about Aaron Rodgers; not that long ago, he threw his 500th touchdown pass, and he’s 41! What a legend.
What’s next?
Well, I’m gonna keep an eye on the games as they progress and update my list. It’s kind of exciting, like a little treasure hunt. And who knows, maybe I’ll even learn something that’ll help me win my fantasy league. A guy can dream, right?
This whole thing has been a fun little project. It’s amazing how much data is out there if you know where to look. And it’s even more amazing how these athletes can perform at such a high level. Major respect to all of them.
Anyway, I just wanted to share my little adventure with you all. Maybe it’ll inspire someone else to do some digging of their own. It’s a fun way to kill some time and learn something new. Plus, you get to talk about football, and who doesn’t love that? That’s all for now!
