Some folks are out there just havin’ fun, others, well, they might be workin’ toward somethin’ a bit more serious.
If you’re lookin’ to get in on the action, well, I reckon you better know when to sign up. They got a deadline for the singles league, and that’s August 15th. So, ya best be quick about it if you wanna play. You don’t wanna miss out now, do ya? The Seattle Area Cup Tennis has different leagues for the ladies too. These are real popular and they got themselves six levels as well, just like the men’s leagues. It’s a way for women to get together, play some tennis, and maybe even meet some new folks from around the area. These leagues, they ain’t just about playin’ tennis. It’s about meetin’ people, makin’ friends, and havin’ a good ol’ time.

And if you’re not into all that playin’, don’t worry. There’s dining rooms, event spaces, a pool, and even a beach and boathouse. I’d say that’s a place worth checkin’ out if you like your tennis with a side of luxury.
If you’re more into the casual scene, though, there’s plenty of places where you can just walk up and get a court. Some folks like to play singles, some like doubles. It don’t really matter, as long as you’re out there enjoyin’ yourself. And ya know what? If you feel like gettin’ into a league, there’s all sorts of options for that, too. There’s leagues for all kinds of players, no matter how good or bad you are. The goal’s just to get out there, swing your racket, and have a little fun.
Now, I hear folks talkin’ about the Bainbridge Island Recreation Center. Seems like a fine spot if you’re lookin’ for leagues, ladders, or just a place to practice. It’s got all the basics, and then some. Good way to get some playin’ in, especially if you’re in the area.
All in all, Seattle’s got a real good tennis scene. Whether you’re just out for some fun or lookin’ to get serious with the Seattle Area Cup Tennis, there’s somethin’ for everybody.
