Alright, so, I gotta tell y’all about this game I watched the other day – LSU versus Ole Miss in baseball. It was a wild ride, and I just had to share my experience.
So, first off, I made sure to check when the game was happening. Turns out, it was on May 18th, 2024, at 6:00 PM UTC. Good thing I did, ’cause I almost missed it. Then, I dug around to see where I could watch it. Found out that all of the Tigers’ games are on some ESPN network or online, so that was easy enough.
Getting Ready
Now, I’m not gonna lie, I wanted LSU to win this one. They were playing to win their final series of the regular season, and they had already snagged a win on Friday, 4-2. I remember seeing Tommy White absolutely crush it that game. So, I got all my snacks ready, put on my lucky LSU hat, and settled in for what I hoped would be a good game.
Game Day
The first game was a nail-biter, but LSU pulled it off, winning 5-1. It wasn’t easy, though. They had plenty of hits, but they just couldn’t seem to get those timely hits when they needed them. Still, a win’s a win, right?

- Game 1: LSU wins 5-1.
- Game 2: Scheduled for the next day at noon.
The Series
I knew LSU needed to sweep the series to get to 13 conference wins and have the best shot at making it to the next level. So, I was all in for the next game. The tension was high, and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. And guess what? They did it! They won again, 4-2. Man, what a series!
Reflecting on the Games
Watching those games was a blast. The energy, the competition, it was all there. It reminded me why I love baseball so much. And seeing LSU come out on top just made it even sweeter. I’ll definitely be keeping an eye on them to see how far they go.
So, yeah, that’s my little story about the LSU vs. Ole Miss baseball series. It was a fun experience, and I’m already looking forward to the next games. Hope you enjoyed hearing about it!
