Alright, let’s gab about these big fellas in the basketball game, the ones they call NBA players. You know, the real big boys, the heavy ones. We gonna figure out who’s the heaviest of ‘em all, like who’s carryin’ the most meat on their bones.
Now, I heard tell of a fella named Tacko Fall. They say he’s a mountain of a man, tipping the scales at 311 pounds. That’s a whole lotta man right there! Can you imagine feedin’ a fella that size? Lord have mercy, the grocery bill must be somethin’ else.
Then there’s this Boban Marjanović fella. They say he’s from some place called Serbia. He ain’t no lightweight neither, comin’ in at 290 pounds. That’s still heavier than any rooster I ever seen! These boys must eat their Wheaties, that’s for sure.

But hold on, there’s more! Another big fella, Jusuf Nurkić, he’s also around 290 pounds. Seems like they got a whole bunch of these giants runnin’ around the court these days. I tell you what, back in my day, ain’t nobody was that big. We was all skinny and wiry, workin’ the fields.
- Tacko Fall: 311 pounds
- Boban Marjanović: 290 pounds
- Jusuf Nurkić: 290 pounds
But the real heavyweight champion, the biggest of ‘em all, they say it was a fella named Oliver Miller. Now, this fella, he started out kinda heavy, around 280 pounds. But as the years went by, he just kept gettin’ bigger and bigger. Can you believe it, they say he got all the way up to 380 pounds! Land sakes, that’s like two regular men put together!
They called him “The Big O,” on account of him bein’ so big. He was 6 foot 9 inches tall, which is taller than my barn, and well over 300 pounds most of the time. That’s what I call a big ol’ boy! I reckon he could eat a whole watermelon in one bite.
So, if we’re talkin’ about the heaviest NBA player ever, it sounds like Oliver Miller takes the cake. He might not be playin’ no more, but he sure left his mark. Thirty-eighty pounds, that’s somethin’ you don’t forget. Makes these other fellas look like little chickens in comparison.
Now, some folks might wonder if there’s a limit to how heavy these fellas can be. I mean, can they just keep gettin’ bigger and bigger? Well, from what I hear, there ain’t no rules about weight in the NBA, or in football or baseball neither. So I guess these boys can just keep on eatin’ and gettin’ as big as they want.
But you know, bein’ big ain’t everything. You still gotta be able to run and jump and shoot that ball. And these big fellas, they seem to manage just fine. It’s amazing what they can do, considerin’ how much they weigh. They’re like gentle giants out there on the court.
So there you have it. Oliver Miller, the heaviest NBA player of all time, weighin’ in at a whopping 380 pounds. That’s a whole lotta man, and a whole lotta basketball. Makes you wonder how they even find shoes big enough for those feet!
And jus to recap, if we talkin’ bout fellas playin’ right now, the heaviest is likely that Jusuf Nurkić fella, him and Boban Marjanović are right up there. But Tacko Fall he ain’t far behind. But if we lookin’ back at history, nobody beats Oliver Miller. That man was a mountain.
