Then, you gotta close things out right, like wrapping up a good ol’ country meal. You might remind folks of the key points and how they can keep up with the team’s news. Maybe give ‘em a website or a phone number for interviews. And don’t forget to end with a boilerplate—that’s a fancy way of saying a little paragraph about the team or company, just in case folks don’t know who they are yet.
Now, if you want to get the world to hear your news, you gotta get that press release to the right people. That means sending it out to them reporters, sports bloggers, and news outlets. The more places that pick it up, the more folks hear about it. And if you got a good story, you might even get some folks talkin’ on the radio or TV!
