Today, I tried out that game, Stick Tennis. I wanted to get good at it, so I spent the whole afternoon playing and trying to figure out how to win. I started by just hitting the ball around, getting a feel for the controls and how the game works. It’s pretty straightforward, but winning is another story.
After a few matches, I realized I needed to watch how the pros do it. I found some videos online and watched them in slow motion. Man, these guys are good. I focused on how they move, how they position themselves, and how they hit the ball.
I went back to the game and tried to copy what I saw. It was tough. I tried to move my player like the pros, anticipating where the ball would go and trying to get there in time. It wasn’t easy, and I lost a bunch of matches, but I started to see some improvement.
- Watching the Ball: I tried to keep my eye on the ball at all times, from the moment it left my opponent’s racket to when it bounced on my side of the court.
- Moving My Feet: I practiced moving my player around the court, trying to stay light on my feet and ready to change direction at any moment. This is super important.
- Hitting Deep: Instead of trying to hit the ball as hard as I could, I focused on hitting it deep into my opponent’s side of the court. This gave me more time to get ready for the next shot.
Here are some things that I do and find them helpful:
I played for hours, practicing these things over and over. I started to win more matches, and I felt like I was finally getting the hang of it. It’s all about practice and paying attention to the details. Also, I tried to learn a serve by throwing. It did help me to serve better.

By the end of the day, I was tired but happy. I still have a long way to go, but I feel like I made some real progress. Stick Tennis is a fun game, and with enough practice, anyone can get good at it. I know I am getting better.
