Alright, so you wanna know about this Disney soccer thing on Presidents Day? Well, lemme tell ya what I heard. It’s a big deal, this soccer tournament, y’know? Happens every year ’round Presidents Day, which is in February, I think. Kids, boys and girls, all ages, from like real little ones to teenagers, they all come to play.
They call it the Disney Presidents Day Soccer Tournament. Sounds fancy, huh? It’s in a place called Kissimmee, somewhere down south. Warm, I bet. Not like here, where the wind bites your nose off in February. This thing happens in the middle of the month, like the 15th to the 17th, or maybe the 17th to the 19th, depends on the year, I reckon.
Now, where do they play? Some big place called ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. Sounds important, with ESPN and all. Big place, gotta be, for all them kids and their soccer. Heard they got all sorts of rules and stuff, but who reads rules, right? Just kick the ball and try to win, that’s what I say. They probably got some fancy website too, where you can find all the info, like how much it costs and what not. Something about clicking on “Events and More” then “Pricing and Info”. Too complicated for me, all this clicking and tapping.
- They got all ages, from real little tykes, like under 9, all the way up to 19.
- Boys play, girls play, everybody plays.
- It’s in Kissimmee, warm and sunny, not like up here.
- Happens right around Presidents Day, so you get a long weekend, maybe.
They been doin’ this for a while now, every year, same time, I think. Must be a good tournament if they keep doin’ it. Lots of people go, I heard. Families and all, makin’ a vacation out of it, I guess. See the kids play soccer, then maybe go see Mickey Mouse or somethin’. That’s what Disney is about, right? Mickey and Minnie and all them characters. My grandkids would love it, all that running around and sunshine. Me, I’d rather sit in the shade and watch, maybe have a nice cold lemonade.

So, if you got a kid who’s good at soccer, or even if they just like kickin’ the ball around, this might be somethin’ to look into. Give ’em somethin’ to do, keep ’em outta trouble. And it’s Disney, so that’s always a plus, I guess. Kids love Disney. Me, I could take it or leave it, but kids, they go crazy for it. Just remember, it’s in February, so pack a sweater, even if it’s down south. You never know when the weather might turn on ya.
Heard you gotta call some number too, if you got questions. 407-938-3805, somethin’ like that. I ain’t callin’ nobody, mind you. Just tellin’ you what I heard. Too much fuss for me. But for them soccer kids and their parents, it’s probably a big deal. All that running and yelling, gotta be excitin’ for them. Me, I’ll stick to watchin’ the birds in my backyard. Less noise, more peace and quiet.
Anyway, that’s the gist of it, as far as I know. Disney, soccer, Presidents Day, Kissimmee. You wanna know more, you go look it up yourself. I ain’t got all day to be talkin’ about soccer tournaments. Got things to do, y’know. Dinner to cook, laundry to fold. Life of an old lady, never a dull moment, even without soccer tournaments.
